Kristi Lees Trinity Holistic My favorite yogini headquartered in New Zealand. She's been an inspiration to me and says yoga has taught her so much about herself, other people and of life in general. Every day she is grateful and amazed by its powerful teachings and is honored to be able to share these with those who cross her path. I agree completely.
Charles MacInerney Charles has been a fulltime teacher of yoga, meditation and mind/body skills since 1989. He also offers weekend workshops, workplace yoga, specialized classes (such as cardiac care, nursing homes, athletes, dancers), and leads Yoga Retreats. Charles’ teaching style is a blend of the precision and alignment in Iyengar yoga, the balanced routine of the Sivananda styles, and input by his students from whom he continues to learn. It was from Charles I learned yoga is not supposed to hurt--yea Charles!
